IT-Fitness
IT-Fitness is the German implementation of the European Skills for Employability alliance. Microsoft Germany and partners started this specific program to support people in improving their basic e-skills and their employability by providing them with qualifications necessary in the knowledge society. The heart of the initiative is the IT-Fitness-Online-Test. This self-assessment tool gives participants an overview of their strengths and weaknesses. To this day more than one million people have participated.
