David Skinner is a director, lead facilitator, and executive coach of Leadership Systems Limited, which he co-founded in 1993. He has facilitated workshops and coached executives worldwide in 40 countries on matters of strategy, operations, and growth.

 

David has a Master’s degree in executive coaching and is accredited as a coach by Ashridge Business School in the UK. He is certified as a feedback facilitator for the integration of 360 feedback and Hogan Assessments Inventories.

 

Prior to Leadership Systems Limited, David was managing director of Wilson Learning (GB) Limited and worked extensively in sales, marketing, and project management in Unilever.

Caroline Robinson co-founded Leadership Systems Limited in 1993 and has worked in 40 countries. She is director and company secretary responsible for commercial, legal, financial, IT, and operational issues. Prior to Leadership Systems Limited, Caroline was commercial manager for Wilson Learning (GB) Limited and has also worked in adult education and the technology, food processing, and agricultural industries.

 

Leslie Wible is an associate of Leadership Systems Limited. She received a Masters Degree in Educational Research Methods from the University of Warwick (UK), a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with an Education focus from Messiah College (USA). Leslie has researched and worked with children, young people and teachers in the USA and UK.

 

Alan Stratton is an associate of Leadership Systems Limited and serves as advisor and technical practitioner for video and audio initiatives.
